Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us on the same day of delivery with a complete unboxing video (mandatory) and clear photos of the product and packaging. Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for verification. Upon successful verification, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost
Replacement:
Once the issue is verified, we will promptly arrange a replacement of the correct item. We are committed to ensuring that you receive the exact product you ordered in proper condition.
Refunds:
As we are replacing the order with the item you selected, there won't be any refund issued.
